Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Junior Purchasing Assistant located in Capital Governorate, Bahrain. As a Junior Purchasing Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the purchasing team in executing purchasing processes, managing purchase orders, and ensuring effective communication with suppliers. You will contribute to the procurement activities of the company and play a vital role in maintaining efficient supply chain operations.

Qualifications

• Purchasing Processes and Purchase Orders management
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of procurement principles and practices
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Prior experience in purchasing or procurement is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
