About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at Binary Bridge Technology Services. As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company’s growth by attracting, selecting, and developing top-tier software development talent. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the leadership team to understand the software development hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, identify, and engage with potential software development candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, cultural fit, and potential contributions to the team.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job openings to extending offers and onboarding successful candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline of software developers to meet present and future hiring demands.
• Develop and implement creative and targeted recruitment campaigns to attract passive candidates.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our hiring processes and employer branding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions, interview assessments, and evaluation criteria tailored to software development roles.
• Lead the onboarding process, ensuring that new hires are seamlessly integrated into the organization and have the resources needed to excel.
• Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and provide coaching to team members when necessary.
• Oversee HR operations, including benefits administration, performance evaluations, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in hiring software developers within the technology industry.
• Strong understanding of software development roles, technologies, and industry trends.
• Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools to identify and attract top software development talent.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with candidates, team members, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software for streamlined recruitment and data management.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to develop innovative recruitment strategies to address the company’s evolving needs.
• Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices in the software and technology sector.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
