Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including payables, receivables, and payroll.
• Manage financial reporting and ensure timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Develop budgets, track expenses, and monitor financial performance against targets.
• Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support management decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations and coordinate with auditors for external audits.
• Implement and improve internal controls to safeguard company assets and maintain accuracy.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance and support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CMA, or ACCA is a plus).
• Proven experience (5+ years) as an Accounts Manager or in a senior accounting role, preferably in the construction or contracting sector.
• Strong understanding of UAE financial regulations, VAT, and auditing practices.
• Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with attention to detail.
