Sales Director – Dubai

Billionaire is a global leading brand in dinner entertainment, luxury dining and indulgent living, part of Majestas holding company.Billionaire is a nocturnal adventure offering a luxury dining concept paired with nightlife, consisting of special shows and extraordinary entertainment. Responsible for the sales department. Plan, execute and oversee sales and promotional activities. Increase Billionaire sales and brand awareness by using established networks, promoting brand products and services, to implement promotional campaigns, produce events and represent the brand at events. Directly reporting to the Director of Operations.

Role & Objectives

• Lead, direct, and take the necessary decisions ensuring the best commercial and sales strategies.
• Participate and contribute to all strategic meetingsSet goals and expectations for the venues’ sales and communicate them across all levelsDesign and implement a successful sales strategy
• Be responsible for the financial performances of the sales and contribute, lead the financials objectives and goals in order to achieve the targetsImprove customers relations management
• Budget, plan, and execute sales activitiesSet, along with the Director of Operations sales targets and achieve them
• Be an ambassador of the brandIncrease brand awareness and sales by promoting Billionaire brand through various channelsWork closely with Marketing department to achieve sales and marketing goals, such as communicating the value of our product, to track guest feedback
• Work closely with operations for events organization
• Plan, execute and oversee local and regional sales
• Execute, direct and coordinate all sales activities locally and regionally
• Prepare sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures in agreement with Business Support Director and General Manager
• Track and analyze sales statistics
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
• Serve as the face of the organization to internal and external partners
• Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controlsAcquire great knowledge about products, Billionaire Dubai history and Billionaire Brand
• Increase brand awareness and sales by promoting Billionaire brand through various channels

Operations

• Ensure all customer contact is handled politely and efficiently
• Optimize guest satisfaction through delivery of consistently high operating standards whilst being responsive to their requests, agreeing and implementing actions to continuously improve the guest experience
• Develop a culture of actively seeking and monitoring customer feedback, ensuring customer request and feedback, both verbal and written are responded to promptly and efficiently
• Review and communicate any diner reports and initiate required action to establish a recognition philosophy that exceeds guest expectations
• Demonstrate a high standard of personal presentation

Financial

• To develop annual budgets with the support of the Director of Operation s and Business Support Director
• Clearly communicate, direct and lead the financial and operational objectives and goals
• Monthly Sales review with the Director of Operation and Business Support Director
• Track the monthly Sales performances, ensure that goals and objectives are achieved or on track
• Providing monthly and quarterly forecasts or re-forecasts with the support of the financial team
• Assist in forecasting of potential revenues and maximize revenue opportunities

Overview and strategy

• Drive the success of sales in terms of media coverage through a combination of marketing action plan
• Work closely with the Marketing team on the annual strategy and related budget

Communication

• Facilitate communications between departments
• Ensure new company sales initiatives are supported and communicated clearly to the needed parties
• Ensure all customer requests and queries are responded to promptly and effectively
• Efficiently and positively responding directly to potential guests’ complaints if needed
• Maintain clear communication channels with the Customers, Management and employees and ensure everyone is aware and up to date with sales, promotional campaigns, and activities.

Requirements & Skills

• Excellent customer service skillsExperience working in a luxury brand as Head of Sales/Sales Manager, Guest/Customer relations experience, preferably in a hospitality environment
• Customer service orientation

• Professional appearance and attitude
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in English and French; a third European language is a plus
• Ability to handle stress and stay calm under pressure

• Ability to work under pressure and under own initiative
• Experience in a sales role with a proven track record to close a sal on the local market Experienced in creating an own network in Dubai
