Beond, the world’s first premium leisure airline, is seeking a Contact Centre Supervisor and Sales Support to join our team. In this role, you will support our sales team in various tasks, such as handling bookings, processing payments, and providing exceptional customer service. You will need to lead and supervise contact centre teams, including providing training.
Responsibilities
Manage a team of customer service representatives and ensure their performance meets or exceeds company standards
Train and develop new and existing team members on customer service procedures, product knowledge, and Beond’s brand standards
Handle escalations and customer complaints, ensuring a quick and effective resolution
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to improve overall performance
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer service experience for our guests
Support our Sales team by handling bookings, processing payments, and providing exceptional customer service
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, security procedures, and company policies
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a contact centre or sales management role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
Strong organisational and analytical skills
Proficient in Amadeus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Hospitality or related field preferred
