A Head Barista is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations at a coffee shop. This includes managing staff, food preparation and ordering, and basic office duties. Head baristas are Leaders and Connectors that continually work with and for a variety of people.

With experience and with diploma/certificate as Barista are much preferable.

Salary: AED3,500.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
