Baytik Properties Hiring for Real Estate Agent at Dubai Full Time

We are looking to hire Real Estate Agents for Dubai market. They will be dealing with the purchase, sale and lease of residential properties.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update listings of available properties.
• Negotiation with prospective buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords from viewing to offer stage.
• Lead generation on a daily basis.
• Collecting information about a property and arranging for the appropriate marketing material to be created.
• Constant coordination with the photographer & Marketing Department.
• Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
• Expert with up-to-date knowledge of the rules and regulations surrounding the residential property market within Dubai.
• Attending property valuations & property viewings.
• Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
• Monitoring sales and leasing as they proceed.
• Regular care calls to all clients following up after each viewing.
• Keeping up to date with market trends in the local property market.

Requirements:

• (2) years Real Estate UAE experience.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
• Strong networking skills.
• Fluency in a second language can be advantageous.
