Along with the Procurement Officer, the Store Keeper supervise material receipt from vendors, ensuring safe unloading and placement in assigned storage location
Maintains minimum number of stock items in store and updates Procurement Officer when stock items falls below required number
Enter LPO on projects cost sheet for projects
Tracking of invoices
Issue material from store against signed and approved Material Request Form as per Procurement Officer advise.
Issue delivery note and coordinate with logistics for delivery of material to sites
Follow up on delivery note to ensure store copy is sent back signed by the site supervisor and update stock list accordingly
Update Allocation Sheet of material delivered per project
Maintain accurate store filing system and records
Issue uniform to employees and maintain an updated report with the Name of the employee and date of issue, number of items issued etc…
Maintain good housekeeping in store area and check condition of stored items continuously, especially chemicals and other hazardous material
Maintain healthy & safe environment at the workplace.
Follow the rules and regulation according to the company policy.
