Position : Human Resources Admin Assistant
Location : Jabal Sayid, Medinah Province, Saudi Arabia

Responsible for :
The Human Resources Administrator will play a key role in all aspects that affect the employee during the employment lifecycle, including the employee: on-boarding procedure, probation period, leave procedure, medical coverage, performance management program, legal issues including grievance and discipline cases, employee separation, and to advise employees, supervisors/line managers on all aspects of the HR policies & procedures
Qualifications:
Essential:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or Management information system
Desirable:
SHRM qualification
Computer literacy in MS-Word, MS-Excel in the intermediate level.
Experience:
Essential:
Experience in a Human Resources role
Clear knowledge and understanding of HR administration.
Knowledge of the Saudi Labour Law
Desirable:
Experience in enterprise systems (ORACLE, SAP)
Experience in the role of a human resource within the construction or industrial fields.
Competencies:
Essential:
Fluent in English and Arabic and can relate to all employees and managers and develop/maintain sound working relationships
High attention to detail
Organised – can work within defined timelines and work methodically towards them
