As an Operations Support Coordinator, you will assist with the management of transportation and related logistics of goods to and from internal and/or external customers/suppliers.
As an Operations Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
Liaising with LSTK rig supervisors on a daily basis to understand required logistics support, equipment, services as per operation look ahead and plan accordingly.
Reviewing Drilling program to identify each well type, forecast requirements of casing accessories, equipment and services and ensure timely delivery at site.
Planning logistics to get the Rig with necessary requirements before well SPUD
Ensuring all 3rd party tools are prepared as per required sizes / connections specified in the drilling program.
Ensuring all DVs are made up by service provider prior sending Rig site.
Coordinating deliveries to job sites.
Offering HSE team support in all their purchase requests and orders
Developing and leading end-to-end logistics solutions to achieve required on-time pick up & delivery of goods.
Managing Logistics Costs to meet budgets and Op Plans.
Applying lean concepts, methods, procedures, and processes and suggesting improvements.
Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about data gathering and analysis.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics operations support
Have good oral and written communication skills.
Desirable Basic Arabic language will be an advantage
