Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Night Auditor at Bahria Grand Hotel & Resort in Lahore. The Night Auditor will be responsible for performing receptionist duties, handling reservations, communicating with guests, providing excellent customer service, and managing cash transactions.
Qualifications
- Receptionist Duties and Reservations skills
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Cash Handling experience
- Ability to work night shifts and weekends
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in the hospitality industry
- Knowledge of hotel management software is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
