Main Objectives:
The function carries out the analysis of BAS commercial performance against targets, provide the business with recommendations for improvement, Lead cross-functional teams to deliver those improvements, and ratify all channel performance initiatives. Produce analytics/dashboards.
Main Duties
o Develop a pragmatic and ensure implementation of a Commercial Approval Process for final sign-off by relevant CxOs
o Develop and standardize commercial approval templates (Commercial/Business Development opportunity summary, contract summary, approval request templates)
o Drive and ensure tracking of approval process
o Initiate and manage service level agreements to be in-line with the company’s Handling Charges Manual
o Liaise with relevant departments to ensure that agreements are translated correctly into actual operational actions and SLAs are adhered to
o Actively manage agreement renewals and ensure related parties within the organization are kept informed Departmental Tasks
o Responsible to manage the Handling Charges Manual and communicate any updates to the related departments.
o Assist Department Head respectively the CBDO in assigned projects
o Contribute actively to foster the company’s CRM tool with contract details
o Ensure approval processes are in line with Schedule of Authorities
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelors of Science degree, preferably in finance, law, business management or accounting. Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years related experience
Other Essential Requirements:
o Analytical: Strong analytical skills
o Detail-oriented: The ability to pay close attention to detail while remaining accurate is crucial in the analysis of data
o Problem-solving: The Performance Analyst uses problem-solving skills to identify declining sales trends and devise strategies to improve them
o Commercial experience in the aviation, logistics or hospitality industry preferably in a Business-to-Business environment
o Broad knowledge and understanding of financial concepts such as Profit & Loss statements o Ability to network effectively at all levels and influence without direct management oversight
o Ability to articulate with strong presentation skills and to contribute to executive-level discourse; excellent written communication abilities o Able to operate within a team environment
o High level of competence with Microsoft Office applications (in particular, advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills) and CRM tools such as Salesforce.com is essential.
