Directs the activities of assigned personnel in staff canteen unit. Includes preparing daily orders for all items required for the kitchen and monitoring the preparing of catering staff meals to ensure efficiency. Prepares all the daily sales reports in full details for invoicing. Handles all employees’ related matter at KHUH.
o Prepare daily order for all items required for the kitchen and the operation.
o Check and receive all the materials from the suppliers.
o Send all the invoices to catering supply store and follow up on all pending orders.
o Ensures efficient and economic use of raw materials and supplies to reduce wastage to an absolute minimum. Prepares cost statement on monthly basic.
o Perform the monthly inventory and controls the stock at KHUH.
o Book keeping and accounting records for all the request from KHUH on daily basis with tracking number of patients.
o Tally the accounts with cash and review all the sales reports.
o Handle all related matters of HC for all the staff at KHUH and act as the coordinator between KHUH and ACS HC Admin.
o Distribute all the items and ensure that the hazardous materials are safety stored.
o Arrange for pickup/delivery of items ordered for the outlets.
o Comply with the Company and Airport authorities’ health, safety, and security regulations.
Completion of Secondary (12 years) education, plus 1 years Diploma course in Purchasing / Accounting.
5 years’ experience in a similar position.
