Job Description :

• Respond to queries either in person or over the phone or email messages
• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems’ software, and basic hardware faults
• Write circulation with step by step screenshots
• Train basic computer skills to end users and guide employees through problem-solving process
• Ask questions to determine nature of problem
• Install computer peripherals for users
• Follow up with employees to ensure that their issues have been resolved
• Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems and maintain performance of computer systems
• Any other tasks related to the profession as required.
