We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Site Engineer to join our team and play a key role in the successful execution of our projects.

Role Overview:

The Mechanical Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising and managing all on-site mechanical works, including the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and hands-on experience ensuring that all mechanical components of the project are completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the on-site installation of mechanical systems, such as pumps, pipelines, valves, HVAC systems, and other industrial machinery.

• Ensure all mechanical work is performed in strict accordance with design drawings, project specifications, and safety regulations.

• Conduct regular inspections to monitor the quality and progress of mechanical installations.

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless project execution.

• Review and approve mechanical drawings, material submittals, and method statements.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to mechanical systems that arise on-site.

• Witness and document testing and commissioning activities to ensure systems perform as designed.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: A Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Mechanical Engineering is required.

• Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in progressively responsible site engineering roles.

• Project Portfolio: The candidate’s experience must include the successful completion of at least two (2) projects of a similar nature and scope of work.
