Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to achieve company goals and increase revenue.
• Create innovative and targeted marketing plans and improve marketing campaigns.
• Manage sales operations and ensure sales targets and growth are met.
• Supervise and oversee accounts and conduct audits on customer invoices for accuracy and compliance.
• Create compelling and engaging marketing and advertising content for potential and existing customers.
• Build and strengthen business relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competition, providing insightful reports and recommendations to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing and sales, including leadership and supervision.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to make strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and manage strong customer relationships.
• In-depth knowledge of the latest marketing and sales trends and developments.
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate the team to achieve targeted results.
