We are looking for a Key Account Manager in Saudi Arabia, Riyadh who will play a pivotal role further to develop the success of Axis within this geographical area.
As a Key Account Manager, it will be your job to head sales within a select number of key, strategic accounts (20-25) as well as certain end-customer engagements too. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of business plans for these accounts, and it will be your job to set and continuously evaluate annual targets. You will handle these accounts daily acting as a professional interface between the accounts and Axis.
We believe that you permanently live in the KSA and are based in Riyadh and are fluent in Arabic and English.
What You’ll Do as a KAM:
You will be working out in the field, working closely with our customers.
You will be responsible for finding new opportunities and converting them into business to grow the Axis presence in the market.
You will be working from the home office in Riyadh, as a part of a sales team covering KSA. You will report directly to the Manager, Sales Western Arabia.
Your primary responsibility will be to:
Develop clear business plans for the selected accounts
Set annual targets on each account and continuously follow up KPI’s on these.
Actively participate in trade shows, seminars Academies, webinars and other promotional sales activities.
Work closely together with the system integrators; to develop the project pipeline and close projects
Prepare sales reports with new and existing projects
Develop the KSA region by working with the Inside Sales & Sales Engineer.

Fluent communication and writing skills in Arabic & English
Experienced salesperson, preferably from technical sales
Familiarity with IT, preferably the surveillance industry in Saudi Arabia
Understanding of IP video, access control and other related fields
Profound communication and interpersonal skills
Bonus points for sound negotiation skills
Degree educated or equivalent
Combination of mentioned above points with an open-minded attitude to new technologies and solutions
