We are looking for a detail-oriented truck dispatcher to dispatch our drivers to customer locations. In this role, your duties will include communicating with our customers to record their requirements, planning and adjusting routes, as well as scheduling drivers to deliver or collect freight, shipments, and packages.

Candidates with past experience in dispatching for the following equipment types are preferred: Flatbed, Dry Van, Reefers, Power only, Straight Box Trucks, Hotshots, and Step Decks.

Role and Responsibilities Include:

• Managing truck drivers’ schedules and routes Scheduling freight to be picked up and delivered
• Providing shipping details to customers
• Reviewing logs of truck drivers
• Documenting all calls, deliveries, routes and times for pickups and deliveries
• Handle all the paper works including rate confirmation, proof of delivery (POD), and provide a bill of lading (BOL).
• Handling customer complaints and inquiries
• Negotiating rates and delivery time lines.

Requirements:

• O-Level/Matric or above
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English (American or Neutral accent).
• Comfortable with Night Shifts

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Contract, Fresher

Salary: Rs30,000.00 – Rs50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bahawalpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:
