Responsibilities
Develop and maintain expert knowledge of ERP and other business applications. Provide support for these business applications
Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from key stakeholders, and assist in developing project plans and timelines to achieve successful implementation
Specify and manage ERP implementation and updates
Guide internal and external resources through ERP implementation phases, evaluation, troubleshooting and optimization
Interface with ERP vendor and ensure quality (performance, cost, and timeliness) of services delivered
Identify improvements in business operation workflow and ensure proper implementation in ERP and other business applications
