Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain expert knowledge of ERP and other business applications. Provide support for these business applications
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from key stakeholders, and assist in developing project plans and timelines to achieve successful implementation
• Specify and manage ERP implementation and updates
• Guide internal and external resources through ERP implementation phases, evaluation, troubleshooting and optimization
• Interface with ERP vendor and ensure quality (performance, cost, and timeliness) of services delivered
• Identify improvements in business operation workflow and ensure proper implementation in ERP and other business applications
• Train and coach end-users
• Support Sales team by providing demo
