As a Receptionist at Dolphin Bay, your primary role will be to ensure guest satisfaction by ensuring that their needs are met from the time they enter Atlas Village until they leave with a smile. By selling and upgrading their Dolphin and Sealion experiences, either at our Dolphin Bay/Sealion Point Reception areas, or through the booths in the Aquaventure Arrival Plaza, you will consistently work to targets to achieve your goals, and maintain the positive image of the whole of Aquaventure.
The job role will entail maintaining high levels of energy, a positive outlook, and close teamwork, involvement in special promotions, discounts, events, and resort activities, handling customer issues, feedback, face-to-face interactions, and telephone enquiries, participation in special promotions, discounts, events and resort activities, handling customer issues, feedback, face to face interactions and telephone enquiries, working with cash and credit cards, as well as room billings, direct sales and upselling and the ownership and resolution of guest issues and enquiries.

You will have a strong work ethic, and a desire to continuously learn and develop, previous guest services, customer services, and/or sales experience is necessary, and fluent English with preference given to candidates with additional European, Russian or Asian languages. Proficiency with technology, i.e. booking systems (Micros, Opera, Galaxy), projectors, Word and Excel.
