We are augmenting our Organisational Psychology capability and look to employ two Occupational Psychologists to join a growing core team.
You will consult to public sector clients providing design, delivery and evaluation expertise.
This is a role for someone who enjoys working end to end, innovation and continuous improvement, while working in a positive collaborate manner with clients and colleagues.
Key responsibilities
Design, delivery and evaluation of assessment (for recruitment and promotion) core and supporting processes and materials.
A willingness to innovate and work with technology. And research new and emerging assessment processes/ methods, with a view to continuous improvement.
Provide appropriate occupational psychology consultancy to clients and senior managers to ensure best practice, ethical, future proof solutions.
Use of appropriate statistical methods/ techniques/ data interrogation to ensure assessment solutions are robust, fair, reliable and valid. A keen eye on increasing diversity and reducing adverse impact. Comfortable leading teams and working collaboratively/ successfully in teams, flexing and supporting team members.
Demonstrable positive stakeholder and client management experience. The ability to interact with clients in a positive, confident and credible manner. Able to build and maintain strong working relationships.
Desirable Skills
Chartered status, or equivalent level of professional qualification, or be actively working towards achieving recognised status.
Multiple psychometric accreditations.
Experience of applying occupational psychology in a public sector setting.
Coaching and facilitation skills
MBA or similar business degree.
