Specialized Training/ Knowledge Required :
• Knowledge of Competencies, KRA’s and KPI’s, talent management framework • Knowledge of Compensation models, Learning & Development, talent management practices. • Knowledge regarding Learning Management Systems
Education & Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Administration. • Master’s degree will be advantageous
Experience :
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Performance Management • Proven track record of hands – on experience in developing and implementing Talent Management strategies with primary focus on performance management.
