Key Responsibilities
People, Culture & Engagement:
Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and employee wellbeing initiatives.
Foster a positive, high-performance, and inclusive workplace culture.
Performance & Development:
Lead performance management and training needs analysis.
Drive leadership development and succession planning across business units.
Talent Management & Acquisition:
Support strategic workforce planning, onboarding, retention, and talent analytics.
Build and strengthen long-term organizational capabilities.
Compensation, Benefits & HR Operations:
Oversee compensation frameworks, benefits administration, and HRIS systems.
Ensure compliance with Qatar Labour Law and QFC regulations.
Organizational Development & Strategic Projects:
Partner with leadership on organizational design and change management.
Roll out group-wide HR strategies, frameworks, and key initiatives.
Requirements:
Minimum 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with focus on performance management, talent development, and employee engagement.
Experience in a group or multi-business environment in Qatar/GCC is preferred.
Proven success implementing HR programs that enhance culture, retention, and performance.
Strong knowledge of Qatar employment laws and regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required).
Master’s degree or professional certification (CIPD/SHRM) preferred.
