• 3-8 years of experience in building materials sales or related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer base.
• Strong knowledge of the construction industry in Qatar.
• Arabic language proficiency (essential).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
• Good understanding of technical specifications of building materials.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Qatar.
• Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications.
