• Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or a related field • At least 3 years of experience in executive recruitment ideally in real estate • Proven success in placing senior level candidates • Deep knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques • Excellent communication and relationship building skills • Ability to work independently and juggle multiple projects • Proficient in recruitment software and social media sourcing • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
