Job Description
· Leading & coordinating event planning meetings across relevant teams
· Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
· Set clear team goals
· Delegate tasks and set deadlines
· Oversee day-to-day operation
· Monitor team performance and report on metrics
· Motivate team members
· Discover training needs and provide coaching
· Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
· Encourage creativity and risk-taking
· Suggest and organize team building activities
Requirements:
· Bilingual – Arabic and English required
· BS degree in Marketing or related field is a plus.
· At least 1 year experience in Events
* candidate should be locally available in QATAR

Salary: QAR5,000.00 – QAR5,500.00 per month
