Position: Attestation Supervisor
Office: Downtown Dubai (near Dubai Mall metro station)
Working hours: 9-6

Overview:
As an Attestation Supervisor and Client Support Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our attestation processes while providing exceptional support to our clients. You will be responsible for managing the attestation of various documents and certificates, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Additionally, you will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, offering guidance, resolving inquiries, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
1. Document Attestation:
– Advise clients regarding the attestation process for a variety of documents, including but not limited to educational certificates, legal documents, and commercial contracts.
– Ensure accuracy and completeness of all attestation procedures, adhering to legal and regulatory requirements.
– Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the attestation workflow and improve efficiency
2. Compliance and Quality Assurance:
– Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards pertaining to document attestation.
– Conduct thorough reviews of documents to verify authenticity and compliance with attestation guidelines.
– Implement quality control measures to maintain the integrity of the attestation process and mitigate risks.
3. Client Support and Communication:
– Serve as the primary point of contact for clients seeking attestation services, responding promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
– Provide comprehensive guidance and assistance to clients regarding attestation requirements, procedures, and timelines.
– Address client concerns or issues with professionalism and empathy, striving to achieve satisfactory resolutions.
4. Relationship Management:
– Cultivate strong relationships with clients by demonstrating professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to exceptional service.
– Proactively identify opportunities to add value to client relationships through personalized support and proactive communication.
– Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities based on client needs and preferences.
5. Administrative Duties:
– Maintain accurate records of all attestation activities, including documentation, correspondence, and client interactions.
– Prepare reports or presentations as needed to provide insights into attestation trends, client feedback, and operational performance.
– Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of attestation services.
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in document attestation, legal compliance, or client support roles mandatory.
– Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to document attestation processes.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
– Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Proficiency in relevant software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
– Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
