Job Description and Requirements
Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to provide Outstanding Customer Service to clients by booking them appointments, welcoming them, checking them in and dealing with any complaint or issue, answering their questions about products and services and make sure they have a great customer experience and leave extremely happy.
Responsibilities:
- Provide an exceptional customer service to every client she interacts with and make sure that every client leaves the salon 110% satisfied.
- Handles client complaint professionally and make sure the complaint procedure is processed quickly and efficiently resulting in 100% customer satisfaction.
- Able to Learn the whole Frontdesk Process and fully operate on her own within 30 to 60 days.
- Able to book clients efficiently without any mistakes.
- Able to balance her drawer and not have any shortage of cash or undercharge or overcharge or any check out mistakes.
Requirements:
- Have several years of customer service experience
- Have G.C.C work experience
- Good English Speaker

Pay Package:
Salary: OMR350 – OMR400
+ Booking Commissions
+ Retail Commissions
3 weeks paid Vacation + Paid local holidays
