AP Group Ltd Hiring for Corporate Services Officer, Fiduciary – Dubai at Dubai Full Time

An excellent opportunity has arisen with our client, a privately owned corporate services provider headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates who are looking to hire a corporate services administration officer.
The successful candidate will manage the day-to-day service delivery needs of a diverse and growing client portfolio, across multiple jurisdictions with a variety of entity types. You will be dealing with companies, foundations, trusts and limited partnerships. Pro-actively take on administration tasks including technical matters relating to relevant entity types and their respective jurisdictions. Manage and complete on-boarding, incorporation and visa processing across multiple jurisdictions.

To be eligible for this role you must have a strong knowledge and experience of the corporate services / financial services industry and take a proactive approach to expending this knowledge to encompass new jurisdictions and crypto activities. A strong understanding of standard AML / CDD requirements and how they are applied to a variety of multi layered structures is required. You are an effective and proactive problem solver who is able to take initiative to deal with tasks independently and you have excellent time management skills and be comfortable working as part of a fully remote team.
You must have at least 3 to 4 years experience in trust and company administration, financial services or a legal services environment. Professional qualifications such as ICSA / STEP / ICA / ACCA etc. are advantageous.
