AP Group Ltd Hiring for Corporate M&A Associate 5-7 PQE, Law Firm – Dubai at Dubai Full Time

Our client is a law firm with a strong reputation of dealing with cost effective legal solutions for start-ups, small to medium sized businesses and multi-national corporations in the UAE.
AP Executive have been assigned to find them a corporate and commercial M&A lawyer with 5 to 7 years PQE (ideally common law qualified). With experience in the UAE, ideally you should have had a combination of in-house and law firm roles during your career. Handling a wide variety of commercial and corporate legal matters such as shareholder agreements (SHA) and Articles of Association (AOA) plus ADGM and DIFC free zone experience. Agency and joint venture (JV) agreements, partnership and service agreements, privacy policies, SaaS and end user license agreements also.
It would be a bonus to have versatile exposure to employment and real estate matters to assist a variety of important clients.
The candidate must possess a can-do and team-player attitude, be capable of working without supervision, and a willingness to be involved in the full range of work undertaken by the firm.
