Our client is a leading FMCG company in the GCC region. Looking to hire a Key Account Manager-Horeca based in Bahrain. You’ll play a vital role in our client’s organization by managing relationships with their key clients in the Horeca/ food service industry. You’ll be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, driving sales, and maximizing profitability within the Horeca segment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the Horeca sector.
Understand and anticipate customer needs to provide tailored solutions and drive sales.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize business opportunities and profitability.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to assess performance and address any issues.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues.
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
Coordinate with marketing teams to develop and implement promotional activities and campaigns.
Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance updates to management.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven 7+ experience in key account management or sales within the Horeca industry.
Must be an Arabic Speaker.
Demonstrated success in driving sales and meeting targets.
Strong understanding of the Horeca industry, market dynamics, and customer needs.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
Team player with the ability to collaborate across functions.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
