Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
• Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and outbound prospecting activities.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities.
Client Engagement and Relationship Building:
• Conduct initial discussions with prospective clients to understand their business needs and pain points.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their ERP solution requirements.
Sales Process Management:
• Assist in preparing and delivering presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with senior sales representatives to negotiate and close deals.
Product Knowledge:
• Develop a deep understanding of the ERP software, its features, and its business applications.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns and generate leads.
• Partner with technical teams to ensure seamless product deployment and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
• 1–4 years of experience in software sales, technology sales, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude are encouraged to apply).
Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and present them in a clear and compelling way.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Basic understanding of ERP systems or business management software is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
