A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar application or technical role, preferably with leadership and team management experience.

Strong understanding of the IVD landscape and emerging trends in the GCC region.
Key Responsibilities
Technology Validation: Conduct comprehensive validation and assessment of complex IVD technologies, ensuring their efficacy and alignment with Amico Group’s standards and objectives.
Technology Assessment: Evaluate potential new technologies for distributorship by analyzing strengths, weaknesses, and competitive advantages in the market.
Team Training: Develop and deliver in-depth technical training programs for the IVD team, ensuring a high level of product knowledge and proficiency.
End-User Training: Organize and conduct effective training sessions for end users, ensuring they are proficient in the use and application of IVD products.
Engagement with KOLs: Facilitate and lead technical and clinical discussions with key opinion leaders (KOLs) across different countries to drive product acceptance and awareness.
Support Functions: Provide expert technical support to commercial, sales, and business development teams to align strategies and achieve business goals.
Market Analysis: Collaborate with teams to identify market trends and new opportunities, supporting the overall strategic direction of Amico Group.
