We are seeking an experienced HR Recruitment Officer to join us at our new office headquarters in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The HR Recruitment Officer (HRO) role is an exciting career opportunity in a fast-growing hospital management firm.
The ideal candidate will leverage a broad range of skills and should have relevant experience that highlights their capability to conduct all HR administrative tasks. These functions include, but are not limited to, recruitment and staffing, performance management, appraisal, and training and development, salary and benefits administration, employment policies and procedures, workforce planning and position classification.
The right candidate for this role will be professional, team-oriented, adaptable, self-motivated, and personable. Must possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills and have a strong customer service orientation to build relationships with the leadership team as well as prospective new hires. The HR Officer must adhere to the highest standards of integrity, dependability, attention to detail, teamwork, and cooperation.
Will be a highly trusted partner responsible for exercising confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy. This individual will develop a true partnership with the team and play an integral role in supporting the growth and expansion of the organization.
The goal of this role will be to provide excellent assistance and support to employees and managers.
Candidates must live within commuting distance to Riyadh.
