Objective: The role is to support the HR Day to Day operations. Liaising with Business & employees, managing the employee life cycle post on boarding.
· Point of contact for operations & employees for any HR related queries
· Monitor staff contract & visa renewals
· Liaise with Operations team & staff to address HR processes
· Liaise with Visa department for visa cancellation or renewals
· Liaise with Camp Boss for any employee related requests or documentation
· Liaise with employees for all their request i.e. letters, bank accounts, etc.
· Passport Management & monthly passport audit
· Leave administration & updation on the HR system
· Maintain up to date, employee details (including employment, documents etc.) at all times
· Manage disciplinary cases, record warnings & employee grievances
· Issuance of terminations after satisfactory investigation
· Manage employee separations & share clearances to HR payroll for processing of settlement
· Manage the medical insurance for all employees – additions & deletions
· Prepare HR MIS for people information
