1. Senior Cost Control Engineer –
Education : Bachelor Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
1- Develop the Contract Master Schedule identifying key project milestones from kickoff to project completion. Review with project management and issue.
2- Develop planning controls at Levels 1, 2, 3, and 4, as applicable, to include engineering, procurement, fabrication, and commissioning.
3-Agree with Project Manager the Work Breakdown Structure.
4-Develop engineering schedule taking into account priorities for vendor packages and early construction in conjunction with the Project Engineering Manager and Project Construction Manager.
5-Ensure that the engineering schedule is compatible with the procurement, fabrication and sail-away requirements.
2- Develop detailed deliverables schedule from the engineering schedule for increased engineering scope and schedule visibility.
3-Develop overall PMT and engineering man-hour distribution over the project duration using approved man-hour budget.
4- Verify that the man-hours spent on discipline activities are booked against activity codes for accurate reporting and project control.
6-Monitor and record progress and man-hours spent in each area. Prepare trend reports as requested by PMT.
7-Review sub Subcontractor and vendor schedules for compliance with Contract Master Schedule.
8-Develops detailed task list for fabrication, hookup and mechanical completion activities in consultation with Construction and Mechanical Completion Leads Manages all project controls activities for the project, including cost control, planning, scheduling, change control, and maintenance of the Risk & Opportunity Register.
9-Maintains and reports the current planned, forecast, and actual man-hours to the appropriate functional managers for their action.
10- Reviews and estimate the cost of variations as they are entered into the Desk Top Change Management System (DTCMS) by project staff (engineers, managers, field support, procurement, etc.).
11-Uses DTCMS as the management tool to track and report changes in the current budget and estimate at completion (EAC).
12- Identifies potential issues with the project closeout, and starts working toward timely closeout of the project before project is completed.
13- Collects data input from Cost Control Group and Planning Group, and performs analysis on the data before it appears in any monthly progress reports issued by the PMT.
2. Planning Engineer –
Education : Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Masters in Mechanical Engineer is an Added with Minimum 10years experience in oil & gas and Pipeline projects
1-Experience in handling EPC projects from proposal to hand over project in Refinery, petrochemical, pipe line, Oil & Gas sector incl. Up and Down stream,
2-Prepare, Finalization & Approval of Planning Package which includes Method Statement, resources loaded and cost effective baseline multidiscipline discipline schedule on planning software tools,
3-Establish Progress Measurement procedure (PMP), “S” curve, Resource histogram.
4-Assist to Project Control Manager for establishing Cost report, Critical path analysis,variance analysis and highlighting to management about major concerns,
5-Monitoring weekly and monthly progress against target baseline schedule,
generate various reports like Daily report, weekly report, Monthly report, Management
6-Information internal summary report and various as client and management requirement.
7-Preparation of recovery plan in co-ordination with client & project team as per contract requirement and avoid client LD’s claim as provision of contract,
8-Prepare delay analysis, highlighting the area of concerns and suggesting for corrective action plan.
9-Develop and Review change proposals for change in work plan, recovery schedule, corrective actions, etc, and advice line manager.
3. Civil Engineer –
Education : Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering with Minimum 10 years experince in oil & gas projects.
1-Handle construction packages like excavation, rebar, shuttering work, concrete…
2-Prepare method statement for civil activities.
3-Follow up Construction Specification, Material Grade and standards.
4-Able to estimate for procurement prupose.
5-Effective management of site resources and equipement.
6-Schedul and execution of daily work plan as per scheduled plan.
4. Civil Inspector –
Education : Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering with Minimum 7- 10 years experince in oil & gas construction building/pipeline works/Road works projects.
1- ITP Prepartion & Monitering

3- Daily Inspection of activity like excation to final construction
4- Monistering material approval status
5- Rasing RFI as per construction requirement for various activity
6- Maintaining register for inspection activity
