Job Responsibilities
Contacting potential B2B clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Planning and understanding of client’s logistics requirements and subsequently preparing presentations / proposals / pitches.
Handle and close business deals by converting leads into successful business deals and meeting the assigned targets.
Manage the complete onboarding process and training of potential clients under strict deadlines through timely coordination with potential stakeholders. Support would be provided from the deployment team.
Increasing the value of current customers (Upselling) while attracting new ones.
Drafting and reviewing contracts.
Effective monitoring of existing client base and ensuring timely follow-up and corrective action with the relevant POCs.
Communicating new product developments to prospective and existing clients.
Providing management with regular feedback and updates through effective reporting.
Research the latest in the industry globally and create new opportunities to expand Business.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B sales of software or industrial products in Bahrain or Saudi Arabia; 10 years’ experience will be preferred.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks.
Independent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong negotiation skills and effective interpersonal skills.
Great analytical skills and an eye for detail.
Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition.
Proven ability to negotiate.
Possess advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
