**About the Job**:
To carry out all communications, correspondence, familiarize with latest technologies with the Principles up to date. Share all related technical upgrading and technical bulletins with the Team Leader and the Technicians from time to time. Participate in Video Conference as and when it is conducted.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
– Reports to Service Manager
– Responsible for warranty claims within the prescribed period and monitors the remittance from HMC.Generate monthly reports for Service Manager.
– Prepares and sends quality information report to HMC on quality issues.
– Prepares pre warranty approvals and goodwill claims as per the service managers instructions and follow up with HMC for the approval.
– Takes the charge of the workshop in the absence of the workshop controller.
– Ensure that warranty parts are returned and retained, sent back to the factory if requested.
– Campaign and recall process follow-up with CRM Dept Technical Service Bulletin follow up with Technicians
