Role Profile:
Responsible for all quality issues relating to food safety, product specifications and hygiene throughout Alshaya Food Services Division. Leadership of product recalls and compliance to reporting requirements of food safety incidents. Accountable for setting quality assurance policies, compliance procedures and audit measures within the guidelines provided by our Host Brands, Alshaya standards and relevant country laws.
Accountable for ensuring compliance to critical brand standards in regard to environmental and sustainability requirements. Accountable for design and delivery of audit processes and reporting through local operational teams or external bodies.
Responsible for customer feedback processes and dissemination of key messages of all aspects of brand performance.
The primary contact for Host Brands on Quality Assurance, product quality and Brand Assurance, as well as cooperative work with Brand Managers, Other Quality Assurance Managers, Purchasing and Product Development.
