Full Job Description:

• Responsible for the Supervision of field quality control activities and shall coordinate project quality control efforts to ensure the project and standard specification are obtained
• Prepare QA/QC inspection activities.
• Preparing testing methods, method statement, QA/QC plans, Checklist.
• Quality toolbox training/Snagging comments giving for engineers and labours etc.
• Conducts inspection with consultant, Client for various activities
• Coordinating with Sub contractors Works without wasting of material and avoiding reworks and revisits to clients.
• Closing Snagging and de-snagging report from Consultant, Client.
• Issuing internal Snagging report to Subcontractor for various activities.
• Engage in various QA/QC documentation including review of subcontractor’s method of statements and H&S protocols.
• Co-ordinate with Site team and all subcontractor to make daily basis inspection for client approval.
• Ensuring all the activities being carried out, follows all the safety and quality protocols.

Requirements:

• DRIVING LICENSE IS A MUST!!!
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in QA/QC
• Computer literate in MS Word and Excel and working experience with Auto-cad and Primavera
• Must be well versed in applicable International Codes, Standards and Specifications of construction and maintenance/refurbishment.
• Proficiency in English skills required.
• Previous Middle East experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED4,000.00 – AED4,500.00 per month
