Service Desk Analyst
Job Location : UAE
Job Details :
• Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences or related fields
• 2–3 years work experience in service desk/customer services
• Experience in IT Service Management and ITIL framework/processes
• Experience in handling and managing SLAs
• Aware of ITIL Foundation.
• Experience in using CRM/ITSM/ticketing tools
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of Internet surfing, search engines, etc.
• Appropriate typing speed: (English ~25 wpm)
• Enthusiasm about Abu Dhabi, and knowledge of Emirate growth plans, ongoing events, and general Government services will be helpful.
• Network Administration experience (Monitoring, Implementation, Troubleshooting…etc.)
• Application support knowledge and experience(SQL, DB) .
• System Administration experience (Access management, DNS, email…etc.).
