The Role / Opportunity

The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible to maximize operations business performance by ensuring and confirming compliance to Almarai Business/Quality management systems across the operation division and its inputs.

The ideal candidate must have good food and dairy industry knowledge and expert in QA/QC and audit aspects. Good working experience and knowledge of ISO 9001:2008, ISO 22000:2005 and AIBI Standard.

This role is based in Almarai Central Processing Plant – Alkharj.

Degree in Food related discipline

Formal HACCP qualification (formal AIBI qualification an advantage)

Formal ISO 9001-2008 qualification

Formal ISO 22000:2005 qualification

At least 7 years’ progressive experience in food industry Quality Assurance management preferably with multinational company

At least 3 years’ auditing experience

Strong command of spoken and written English language
