We’re looking for a confident and proactive Sales Executive to help lead the growth of our innovative vending solutions in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. You’ll focus on securing high-traffic locations—think shopping malls, tourist attractions, retail groups, and entertainment venues—while building lasting relationships and showcasing the impact of automated retail.
What You’ll Be Doing
· Finding and securing new vending machine placements in prime venues across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
· Reaching out to property managers, retail operators, and hospitality groups to introduce our solutions.
· Building trusted relationships with landlords and venue partners to negotiate revenue-share agreements.
· Customizing proposals to suit different client needs, from branded design to user experience.
· Managing your leads, pipeline, and performance using CRM tools.
· Working closely with the operations and technical team to ensure smooth installations and satisfied clients.
· Keeping up with market trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities.
· Representing us at events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities in the region.
What You’ll Bring
· 2–4 years of sales or business development experience, ideally in vending, retail, FMCG, or events in the UAE.
· A solid understanding of the Dubai and Abu Dhabi commercial landscape, particularly malls and other high-footfall venues.
· Strong communication skills—you’re confident, professional, and persuasive.
· A natural self-starter who’s organized, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
· Experience using CRM systems and working with data to manage performance.
· Fluent in English (Arabic is a bonus).
· A valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel between cities.
Bonus Points If You Have
· An existing network in UAE retail, property, or hospitality sectors.
· Experience with revenue-share or rental-based business models.
· A genuine interest in technology, automation, or retail innovation.
