Technical Expertise
- Maintain a friendly, neat and pleasant image to the guests
- Be able to handle any queries from Alila Link members.
- Be able to handle mail and messages.
- Be tactful to guests’ complaints, requests and enquiries
- Assist at Valet parking
- Assist in daily check in and check out luggage movement
- Record all suggestions and comments from guests
- Fully conversant with the hotels facilities and services
- To provide guest with up to date hotel information and events
- To be fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by the hotel, cordially greet all arriving and departing guests and open the hotel doors for them as well as help them out off/into their car.
- Understand all hotel promotion activities, eq special package, Alila Link etc
- To provide security and privacy of guests by keeping all guest’s information confidential unless otherwise instructed by guests.
- To assist guests with check in and check out and to carry their luggage to or from their rooms.
- To maintain good traffic flows and keep the driveway free of traffic and accessible for the incoming vehicles
- To escort guests to their rooms and explain all services provided by the hotel such as restaurants, fitness center, etc. and assist them with room changes.
- Maintain an active presence in the lobby
- To make sure the storeroom for the luggage is well kept at all times.
- unload luggage from vehicles and carry luggage from bell desk to the front door when needed. To maintain high standard of personal and work area appearance and hygiene at all times, and keep a good rapport and working relationship with colleagues of all departments
- Greet and assist the guest with maximum courtesy and attention during their stay.
- To ensure maximum guests satisfaction through personnel recognition and prompt cordial attention throughout their stays.
- To contribute to overall operational efficiency by performing other relevant duties assigned.
- Ensure welcome drink, Omani coffee prepare on daily base on arrival
- Ensure cold towel prepared for guest arrival and departure
- Provide information about local recreational destinations.
- Perform all activities and duties assigned by Management
