1. Main Accountability / Duties:

• Manage all accounting transactions and making sure that all the financial transactions are accurate and complete.
• Ensure timely bank and cash payments.
• Prepare Tax Invoices, Prepare daily and month end journal entries.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable on a regular basis.
• Monitor and reconcile daily cash and bank transactions.
• Preparation of the Monthly budget of the estimate budget schedule of Expenses and revenue.
• Prepare monthly payroll through WPS.
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings process and prepare Monthly and yearly financial statements and other MIS reports in time.
• Prepare and comply with all state required filings and documentation.
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss items.
• Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity.
• Audit financial transactions and documents.
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.

2. Requirements:

• Experience and Qualifications

• Accounting graduate with At least 2 years’ proven experience is required.
• Should have knowledge of Accounting Software (Zoho, Peach-tree, Quick-books).
• Should have experience on Zoho Software.

3. Knowledge & Skills

• Have an effective communication.
• Language speaking (good command in English)
• Demonstrates ability to process transactions using cash-register, calculator, and optical scanners quickly and accurately.
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills with positive work attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ethical conduct and confidence-level required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From AED3,500.00 per month
