Achieve the renewals business target taking into account growth.
Assure approaching the customer as per company guidelines & policy and timing
Assure the renewal offer is communicated to customer before policy expiry with minimum 3 working days.
Attend to customer complaints and ensure fair solutions within the company guidelines.
Explain the renewal terms and conditions to the customers.
Use system to enter and issue policy when needed
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Experience in relevant customer service
Fluent in English/ Arabic (Writing/ Reading/ Speaking)
Effective verbal and listening communication skills

Ability to manage a number of tasks at the same time.
