Job Description
The Field Researcher reports to the team leader. He/she is responsible for conducting primary research and collecting data via face-to-face interviews, telephonic interviews, or desk research.
He/she needs to liaise closely with the team leader, follow all instructions, guidelines, and sampling techniques provided by the team leader during the research brief to ensure consistency in the quality of data being collected.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting telephonic Interviews for CSI and various research studies
- Data collection, editing, coding, transcribing, and data entry
- Understanding the various types of research and the methodologies that complement these types of studies
- Conducting Exit Interviews at various Alghanim Industries’ facilities
- Conducting Face to Face Interviews with Alghanim Industries’ customers
- Conducting Desk Research on various businesses and areas of studies
- Data entry of conducted surveys
- Questionnaires’ translation and formatting
- Field visits to Alghanim and Competitors’ outlets
