Job Description

A reputable company in Dubai Marina, Dubai, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Production Coordinator to oversee daily production schedules, ensure workflow efficiency, and coordinate with multiple departments to meet deadlines. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in production or operations coordination, with excellent planning and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery.

Communicate with suppliers, logistics, and internal teams to align production goals.

Track material availability and manage inventory requirements.

Prepare production reports and update management on progress.

Identify workflow bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.

Support the production manager with administrative and technical tasks.

Required Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.

2–4 years of experience in production or manufacturing coordination.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

Knowledge of manufacturing or logistics processes is a plus.

Salary Package:
AED 4,500 – 6,000 per month (depending on experience) + Company benefits
