Al Tayer Group Hiring for Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Temporary role) at Dubai, UAE Full Time

Job Purpose

Provide support to Talent Acquisition team in all hiring activities to meet Talent Acquisition needs and objectives in an effective and efficient manner.

Roles and Responsibilities:

•  Screen and shortlist CVs in line with key selection criteria
• Liaise with candidates and recruiters to schedule interviews
• Coordinate and assist candidates to upload necessary documents in the system
• Liaise with onboarding team to arrange visa and onboarding formalities
• Coordinate with hiring managers for scheduling interviews and completing interview evaluation forms
• Ensure TA tracker is upto date and provide update to hiring managers
• Follow-up with selected candidates for offer acceptance completion of documentation
• Ensure applicable system updates, reports generation and record keeping in a timely and accurate manner.

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate, preferably in the field of Human Resources
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a HR generalist role
• Must be on dependent sponsored visa
• Should be available to start immediately
