General Manager – KSA

مطلوب مدير عام لشركة حلويات رائدة في الرياض بالمملكة العربية السعودية على أن يكون لديه خبرات عميقة في إدارة شركات كبيرة متخصصة في مجال اللحلويات العربية الشرقية بجميع أنواعها مع وجود خبرات متقدمة بعملية التصنيع وخطوط الإنتاج وإدارة المصانع والتصدير والفرانشايز

نحتاج أيضا الى فريق عمل كامل من مدير مصنع ومدير إنتاج ومعلمين مختصين بمنتجات الحلويات الشرقية

The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and managing the daily operation of the business. They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees as well as onboarding and hiring new team members. Also, the successful candidate will be able to forecast, plan and manage all operations including staff and finance. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

· Provide leadership and direction to a team of people

· Manage operations and finances of business

· Recruit and train new hires on business practices

· Drive development of employees

· Ensure that quality of work or service is maintained

· Managing food and beverage operations within budget and to the highest standards

· Leading F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel

Qualifications

· Management and Customer Service experience Strong administrative skills

· Demonstrated ability to lead

· Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue and forecasting Strong communications skills

· Proven food and beverage management experience

· Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)

· Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently

· Mastery in delegating multiple tasks

· Communication and leadership skills

· Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices

· Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets

· Guest-oriented and service-minded

· Culinary school diploma or degree in food service management or related degree in the field
